CORN Appoints New Operations Manager

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Munira Askira Yerima as Operations Manager of Conflict Research Network West Africa (CORN).

Munira is an accomplished social researcher and evaluator with over seven years of experience, specializing in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Her expertise spans Monitoring Evaluation, Research, Learning and Accountability (MERLA), project management, proposal development, strategy development, and third-party monitoring.

She has worked across diverse sectors, including governance, human rights, conflict analysis, P/CVE programming, education, gender-based violence, water sanitation and hygiene (WASH), nutrition, protection, health, shelter and settlement, food security, and peacebuilding. Munira excels in data collection, analysis, visualization, and database management. She holds an M.Sc. in International Relations from the University of Maiduguri and actively participates in the Nigerian chapter of the Malala Fund Education Champion Network.
